Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped her gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. At the age of 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her college education. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards each year. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place in the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The show saw her finish in third place. The summer of 2016, she won named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more proud of the result. She was up against the very best. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body each year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as possible. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
