Annmarie Fairweather, Chief People officer at Learning Ally is responsible for every aspect of the company's Culture, People and Talent processes. Annmarie has over 30 years of experience as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of leaders to achieve business goals, especially in the midst of dramatic change and growth. As an advisor, she was involved in transforming human resources and business plans into goals, strategic plans as well as enterprise-wide goals through performance and organizational management, employee involvement, and change. She is extremely passionate about education and sees the development of teams and leaders as the most powerful competitive advantage. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and coached managers who have shown the results and success. Her work helped to create cultures within organizations which promote innovation in learning as well as positive change for individuals and teams. Annmarie dedicates time and talent for Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several different non-profit organisations. These include being a participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is dedicated to helping women to become leaders.
